Tim serves as Jacent Strategic Merchandising VP of Human Resources bringing over 30 years’ experience to the team from the retail industry in Operations, Training, and Human Resources. He is responsible for all the Human Resources, Payroll and Talent Acquisition functions in the company.
Tim started his career in the retail industry Operations Management working his way to Regional Manager then moved to Pep Boys. At Pep Boys, he started in Store Operations and transitioned to training where he led the eastern half of the US and PR in leadership, management, and technical training. Tim then ultimately moved into Human Resources where he was for his last 17 years before joining Jacent Strategic Merchandising in 2017. Tim has years of strategic executive leadership experience in corporate operations, organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition.
Tim holds a degree in Business Management and has his SPHR, is married and has five children and four grandchildren. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family, friends and at the shore.
